Mid Semester Break Update!

Yahallo!
Hello, everyone! I'm back with a new format... Since attending college I have only the weekends to "surf" the internet/watch animes, so I've figured out a format that requires only about 2 posts a month. I'll be posting mini reviews on the animes that I've watched that month/week depending on my availability.

As for my college, so far it's not that bad, so far. Initially it was a bit of a bore fest, but after joining a few clubs and meeting new people it was okay.

Sorry if this is a somewhat short post, I'll be starting the new format soon so stay tuned...

The Malaysia Comickers' Challenge

Alrighty, something to motivate me in pursuing my dreams in making a comic/manga... I've been wanting to make a story for a long time but I just lack the motivation. Now, that I've been exposed to the anime world for the past few months, and after watching multiple genre of animes, I've got the hang of character developments, plots, and dialogues. With a grand prize of RM2000 (roughly 560USD), who wouldn't want to participate?

This contest allows making teams, so, with the help of two best buds, we've come up with a few rough concepts and a few character designs, enough for a pilot. For now, that's enough. If it's successful enough we might continue it with a full story. But enough thinking about the future, let's talk about the now...

I might be posting a few of my character designs over on my DeviantArt. The closing deadline is on 7th September 2015, which is hopefully enough time for us to finish (since we've just started college and the distance between our colleges are far apart, we can only share our ideas online).

Any young and talented artist from Malaysia, I encourage thee to join this competition, if not only for the experience. Au Revoir for now...

Enrolled Into University And A Few Updates

All good things come to an end.
Welp, this marks the end of the period of lazing around. There's a start of a new chapter in my book, and I can't wait to see where it leads to. To be honest, I'm a bit anxious going to university, but it's to be expected. This will be the first time I'll be living independently, which means less time for doing what I want and more time focusing on what I need for 2 whole years. I'll still continue posting stuff here every now and then, but for the time being, I'll be preparing stuff to go to university. Anime and arts and music will always be a part of me, wherever I go. I have a whole list of animes that I'm interested in watching, so that'll keep me company there.

It's time for me to move on with my never ending journey to improving myself. Therefore, I will not end this with a farewell, but I will however end this with a quote:

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun Review

Characters in this Anime
I've just finished watching this anime, and I have to say this is one of the best RomComs out there. Although it focuses more on the comedy part (at least in this season), it still displays a few aspects of romance though nothing serious (yet... maybe next season?).This anime never cease to make me laugh out loud and banging my table. Anyways, let's jump straight to the review... (LIGHT SPOILERS AHEAD)

Nisekoi Season 1 Review

Nisekoi Season 1

All Right! My first ever anime review ever! Honestly I didn't know which anime to pick since I've just started getting into anime earlier this year. After much thinking, I've decided to start off with the anime I've just finished watching, which is Nisekoi. And also the fact that the second season comes out on April 10 2015!

To start off, I have not much experience with animes, nor am I a hardcore manga fan. I don't read the mangas of animes, I try not to get into the manga because I want to move on to other animes. Also, the mangas are usually filled with filler content and other subplots that might or might not be connected to the main story. Now, that doesn't mean I don't enjoy the animes I watch, it's just that there's too many animes for me to watch to catch up with the newer ones. Nonetheless, whenever I watch an anime, I try to understand the drama and emotions that goes on throughout the series. Almost every anime that I watch, I can feel a connection with the characters, it's like I can feel what they're feeling and often I can (almost) predict what they're going to say or do next.

HEY PEOPLE!

L from Death Note
This is my very first post. I'm not really used to this kind of thing, and by that I mean blogging, but I feel like it's necessary to not only improve my english but also improve my writing skills. Not much is planned as of now, but I plan to make small reviews on games that I have played, animes that I've watched, maybe a journal every week or something similar. Anyway, stick around for more content in the near future!

PS: I don't really have a schedule on when to post something as this is just a passion project. So, I'll try to post weekly or bi-weekly.
